Venue Guidelines

1. no smoking or vaping

Smoking or vaping inside the main venue, Octavius, is strictly prohibited, and a $100 fee will be charged for any violation of this smoking policy.

2. Curfew & noise control

Enjoy the luxury of music and celebration at your reception until our sound curfew from 9pm to 8am, ensuring a serene and tranquil atmosphere for all guests.

3. maximum occupancy

To maintain an intimate and exclusive atmosphere, Black Pearl Cove has a maximum guest capacity of 30, allowing for a truly personalized and memorable experience.

4. decor

Included in the rental at Black Pearl Cove are five round tables, 30 chairs, and elegant white linens, providing everything you need for a beautifully arranged celebration.

5. damages, liability & security deposit

To ensure a seamless and secure event experience, all venue rentals at Black Pearl Cove are required to secure a $1 million liability insurance policy for the weekend. Additionally, a $500 security deposit is required for incidentals, which can be credited toward purchases of items available in our kitchen for purchase or add-on packages.

6. timeline adherence

The property owner of Black Pearl Cove requires that a full wedding timeline be provided one month prior to the event and strictly adhered to, while any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made in advance.

7. candles & fireworks

Candles and fireworks are prohibited on the premises of Black Pearl Cove without the written consent of the property owner.
